Fort Pierce

Staying in Fort Pierce for the day...Super Walmart, swim in the pool...hopefully some relaxation.  Tomorrow (Monday) we will check out of Treasure Coast and head back to my step-mom's house--we can park our rig at her Clubhouse but just not sleep in it.  Then she is going to take us site seeing around Hobe Sound followed by a swim in her pool.  We are dry camping at the Cracker Barrel in Hobe Sound, then we're off on another adventure...

Photos below are of our rig in Treasure Coast, a ridiculously expensive park with really bad internet service.  Also, a photo of this cool shelf unit Steve just got at Walmart to organize all my stuff I keep by the sink in our bathroom.  We should have taken a before and after!

Turned out we did get about 8 inches last night followed by a lot of blowing and drifting. But sunny today and after tonight, warmer weather every day this week! Should be all melted by next weekend.

Enjoy your time with Barb!

Lesson learned...one needs reservations way ahead of time for campgrounds below "the frost line" and "in season" here on the east coast of Florida, and they don't take Passport America, to boot! We may head inland a bit and explore...
